Your Jambo tickets live in your account, so you don't need to print anything. At the door, staff scan the QR code on your phone.

# Finding your tickets in the app

The quickest way is from the event itself:

1. Open the event's page
2. Tap **View my tickets** at the top

To find the event, go to your profile (tap your picture in the bottom right). Events you have tickets for are listed under **Upcoming Events** with a ticket icon.

You can also see every ticket you've bought in **Purchase History**. See the **Payment methods and purchase history** guide.

Your confirmation text includes a link straight to the event, so you can also open your tickets from there.

# Showing your tickets at the door

On the **My Tickets** screen, choose how you want to show your tickets.

## Individual

**Individual** shows one ticket at a time, with its QR code, ticket type, and the event's date and time. If you have more than one, swipe left and right to move between them. The counter at the bottom (for example, **1 of 3**) shows where you are.

A ticket that's already been scanned turns gray and shows **Used** with the date and time it was scanned.

## Group

Coming with friends? **Group** puts all of your unused tickets into a single QR code: "Scan this one ticket to get your whole group into the event." Staff scan it once and see every ticket in the group, which makes getting in faster for everyone.

A few things to know:

- Only tickets that haven't been used yet are included
- Organizers can choose to leave some ticket types out of group codes. Those tickets only appear under **Individual**.
- If there's nothing left to group, you'll see **No tickets left to use.** or **No group tickets available for this event.**

Turn up your screen brightness before you reach the door. It helps the scanner read your code quickly.

# Your confirmation email

When you buy tickets, we email you a confirmation that includes:

- A QR code for each ticket, which can be scanned at the door just like the one in the app
- An **Add to Google Calendar** link
- A calendar file (event.ics) you can open to add the event to Apple Calendar, Outlook, or any other calendar app
- A **View Tickets on Jambo** button

The email goes to the address on your account. To add or change it, see the **Profile and settings** guide.

# Viewing tickets on the website

You can also view your tickets on [jambo.app](https://jambo.app):

1. Sign in, then open the event's page
2. Click **View my tickets**
3. Use the arrows to move between your tickets

To see all of your upcoming events on the website, click your profile picture in the top right and choose **My Events**.

The website shows individual tickets only. To show a group code, use the app.

# Tickets someone gave you

Organizers can give out tickets using your Jambo username or your phone number.

- If you already have an account, the tickets appear in your account right away.
- If you don't have an account yet, the tickets are held for your phone number. Sign up with that same number and they'll be added to your account automatically. See the **Creating an account** guide.

# Frequently Asked Questions

:::ExpandableHeading
## My ticket says Used, but I haven't been to the event

Contact the event's organizer. They can see when each ticket was scanned, and they can reset a ticket so it scans again.
:::

:::ExpandableHeading
## Can I transfer a ticket to someone else?

There isn't a way to move a ticket to another account in Jambo. If you're going together, use the **Group** code to get everyone in at once.
:::

## I don't see a ticket I was expecting

Make sure you're signed in with the phone number the tickets were bought with or sent to. If they still don't appear, contact [support@jambo.app](mailto\:support@jambo.app).
:::

## How do refunds work?

Refunds are issued by the event's organizer, so reach out to them directly. If a ticket is refunded, you get back the ticket price and the sales tax you paid on it, to your original payment method. Jambo's service fee isn't refunded.
